竇口鼻道複合體(ostiomeatal complex, OMC)

近十餘年來鼻科學的一個新的解剖概念，是指以篩漏斗為中心的附近區域,包括篩漏斗、半月裂、鉤突、篩泡、中鼻甲、前組副鼻竇開口等一系列結構。OMC解剖結構較為複雜且變異多樣。其中多種變異與鼻竇炎手術並發症密切相關
