沈通線(Shenton’s line)

A. 介紹：此線是沿著股骨頸內側(medial margin of the femoral neck)到上恥骨下緣(lower border of the superior pubic ramus)所圍成的｢平滑｣弓狀線
B. 用途：若經骨學檢查發現此線｢不平滑｣，則表示此線上的骨性構造(如:股骨頸、恥骨等)有骨折或位移的情形
