群落剔除(Clonal Deletion)

基本上，人體會訓練發展中的B、T細胞，使之對人體本身的分子不會反應(tolerant)，至於有可能攻擊自我的B、T細胞(immature B and T cell)將會進行程序性死亡(apoptosis)。這個動作稱為群落剔除(Clonal Deletion)。
