洗滌紅血球(Washed RBCs)

是用紅血球洗滌機以0.9%生理食鹽水反覆洗滌「紅血球濃厚液」，所得之紅血球成品。其Hct值在75%以下，紅血球釋氧能力及輸血24小時後的紅血球復原率和全血相同。於洗滌程序中幾乎全部的血漿都被去除，而且同時去除80%以上之白血球及血小板。本成品之使用可明顯降低由血漿蛋白抗體所引起之蕁麻疹、發燒、惡寒等不良輸血反應，用於陣發性夜間血紅素尿症(Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria, PNH)患者、或曾對IgA或其它血漿蛋白產生過敏性輸血反應者
