頸後三角(Posterior Triangle of the Neck)

後頸三角的界線：前方為胸鎖乳突肌sternocleidomastoid (SCM)的後緣，後方為斜方肌trapezius的前緣，下方為鎖骨中段三分之一。其中胸鎖乳突肌為前、後頸三角的界線。
頸後三角(Posterior Triangle of the Neck)可以被肩胛舌骨肌的下腹(inferior belly of omohyoid)細分成枕三角(occipital triangle)與鎖骨上三角(supraclavicular triangle)
