輸液之原則(Fluid Therapy)

1.Rosner et al 及 Lund concept 中皆提到使用膠質液 ( colloid) 以維持血中之膨脹壓 (Level Ⅱ) 。
2.有關膠質液 ( colloid) 是否應該使用目前沒有足夠證據 。 但依國內專家學者共識嚴重頭部外傷患者認為膠質液 ( Colloid) 可適當使用 。 至於使用那一類膠質液 ( colloid) 仍未有共識 (Level Ⅳ) 。
3.FFP 祗適合凝血性病變 ( Coagulopathy) ， 不建議使用在例行性容積擴張劑 ( volume expander) ( Level Ⅲ ) 。
4.頭部外傷併發休克的病患 ， 於到院前可使用高張鹽水 (Hypertonic saline) (Level Ⅱ) 。
