尺骨、橈骨骨幹骨折(Ulnar、radius shaft fracture)

1. Ulnar shaft fracture又稱為Nightstick Fracture，通常都是晚上被人用棍子打，伸手抵擋時造成骨折。

2. Radial shaft fracture為isolated fracture，發生在junction of the middle and distal thirds，容易移位，所以要開刀。

3. 若ulnar shaft和radial shaft都發生骨折，小孩可以用close reduction恢復，12歲以上要開刀打plate，效果會較好，且不會影響到關節。

下列的骨折情形皆需開刀處理：
1. 大人的有橈骨或尺骨的脫位骨折(displaced fracture)時。
2. 所有尺骨的離體移位性骨折(isolated displaced fracture)。
3. 尺骨的isolated fracture角度大於10度。
4. 所有的Monteggia Fracture。
5. 所有的Galeazzi fracture。
6. 開放性骨折。
7. 合併腔室症候群(compartment syndrome)的骨折，不管脫位的嚴重程度。
