髕骨骨折(Fracture of the patella)

1. 髕骨骨折種類，其中osteochondral需要開刀拿掉軟骨碎片，才不會造成關節炎。

3. 髕骨骨折佔所有骨折的1%，病患通常40歲以上，開放性骨折佔10%。
4. 沒有移位的話才可以使用保守療法，以石膏(cylinder cast)固定六個禮拜。

5. 如果髕骨骨折gap超過3-4mm就稱為移位性骨折，就一定要開刀。
髕骨transversen fracture，用tension band wire固定，讓髕骨慢慢長好。
