直精管(Straight tubule)

A.由曲細精管(seminiferous tubules)匯合而成；製造好的精子經由此短且直的構造送至睪丸縱膈(mediastinum of the testis)中的睪丸網(rete testis)
B.管壁細胞是從賽托利細胞(Sertoli cell)改造而來，為單層柱狀細胞或單層立方細胞
C.其外主要是疏鬆結締組織，與曲細精管外的間質組織類似；結締組織中含有類肌細胞(myoid cell)
