切除胸腺的方法(thymectomy)

一、方法
1. Transcervical（經頸部切開的胸腺切除術）
2. Transsternal（經胸骨切開的胸腺切除術）：傳統的手術方式，傷口較大，術後較疼痛
3. Maximal thymectomy（最大範圍胸腺切除術）
4. Extended thymectomy（擴大範圍胸腺切除術） 5. Thoracoscopic thymectomy（胸腔鏡胸腺切除術）：經由胸腔鏡切除胸腺，需要在單側或兩側胸壁作3至4個的1到2公分切口，藉著胸腔鏡視訊輔助的觀察，將胸腺分離，再由胸壁之切口取出，傷口較傳統手術小
二、預後
GOOD
1. Young women without thymic tumor（<30歲）（沒有胸腺瘤的年輕女性）
2. Duration of M.G.for less than 5 years
3. Thymic hyperplasia（良性的胸腺增生）
4. Ach R antibodys present before and absent following thymectomy（經過手術後Ach receptor的抗體消失的病患）
