Host a Mediawiki site

Do you want to host a site like Wikipedia? It is really easy!
Steps
1.Download the XAMPP executive file.

2.Download the latest Mediawiki files(tar.gz compression file)
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Download

3.Click the XAMPP executive file and install automatically.
4.Click the XAMPP icon on the desktop. And you can see the window below. Click every option "Start".

5.Decompress the latest Mediawiki files(tar.gz compression file) to file named "htdocs" in file named "xampp". And add a file named "wiki" in the file "htdocs". At last Decompress the latest Mediawiki files(tar.gz compression file) to "~/xampp/htdocs/wiki"
6.Type url "http://localhost/wiki/" on the browser and you can start to operate programms on it.
7.After compelte all steps of setting on the browser, put the file "LocalSettings.php"(in Mediawiki compression file) to the file "wiki".
