A. 前方：maxillary bone 後側
B. 後方：pterygoid process of sphenoid bone(翼突底部)
C. 中間：perpendicular plate of palatine bone(顎骨垂直板)
D. 側面：pterygomaxillary fissure of sphenoid bone(蝶骨的翼狀上頷突縫)
E. 下方：pyramidal process of palatine bone(顎骨之錐形突)
