The language of "Age of Empires II: The Conquerors" is controlled with language.dll(Age of Empires II) and language_x1.dll(Conquerors).

The link provides language patch of Bulgarian(Български),Chinese-simplified(简体中文),Chinese-traditional(繁體中文),Czech(Čeština),English、French(Français),German(Deutsch),Greek(Ελληνικά)、Hungarian(Magyar),Italian(Italiano),Japanese(日本語),Korean(한국어),Polish(Polski)、Portuguese(Português),Russian(Русский),Slovak(Slovenčina),Spanish(Español),Turkish(Türkçe).

Steps bellow is install progress of English version. If you want to install other languages, just install the patch of the language you need.
1.Download the language.dll in the file"aoc english"(English) from google drive

2.Save the"language.dll"

 3.Download the language_x1.dll in the file"aoc english"(English) from google drive

4.Save the"language_x1.dll"

5.Copy the language.dll and language_x1.dll

6.Past  language.dll and language_x1.dll into file "Age of Empires II"
