一、動脈供應：

乳腺內血流供應旺盛，以下可分為四條：

1.  肋間後動脈側分枝Lateral br. of the posterior intercostal a.：

A.  從肋間2nd, 3rd, 4th分出

B.  由後方來供應乳房的血流

2.  胸內動脈穿通枝Perforating br. of the internal thoracic a.：

A.  從肋間3rd, 4th, 5th分出

B.  由前方來供應乳房的血流

3.  胸外側動脈分支Br. of the Lateral thoracic a.

4.  胸尖峰動脈胸支Pectoral br. of the thoracoacromial a.

二、淋巴系統(lymph system)

由於淋巴管伴隨動脈而行，且管徑很小，因此多以伴行血管來定位且命名之，在外科手術時亦可由血管走向來判定淋巴位置。依位置可分為三個部分：

A. 外側Lateral part：腋前方或胸淋巴結

B. 內側Medial part：延著胸內動脈而行的胸內淋巴結

C. 後側Posterior part：延助間後動脈而行的助間後淋巴結

[1] Compound tubuloalveolar glands (複式管泡狀腺)，開口於Nipple (乳頭)。Nipple 的周圍是含色素的Areola (乳暈)，婦女懷孕前為粉紅色，懷孕後轉棕色
