Times in German、Uhrzeiten in Deutsch

In German, it uses "Es ist + time" to present what time it is. 
In text, writing in "hour:minute Uhr". But it has to say in "hour Uhr minute".
For example, "16:21 Uhr" in text is read as "sechzehn Uhr einundzwanzig". ("sechzehn" means 16, and einundzwanzig means 21)
